Chelsea started her real estate profession in 2017. She quickly excelled and continues to be the best agent she can be for her clients going above and beyond. Chelsea is well versed in lending as her father, Scott Kieffner, has been a mortgage lender for 20+ years and she works closely with Scott to make sure she stays up to date on the market and interest rates. Chelsea is an expert negotiator, contract writer, and specializes in residential sales that are purchased via VA, USDA, FHA and Conventional loans. She has helped hundreds of families sell and purchase. Getting in contact with Chelsea with any questions or showing requests has been proven to be a breeze! After being raised for a short 6 years in Jasper, Indiana, Chelsea's family relocated to Bloomington, IN where she resided for 26 years. Chelsea has since moved her family to Springville, IN and has loved all four years she has lived there as she continues to raise her daughter, tend to her mini homestead, and plans to be wed next year. Chelsea covers most of south-central and visits multiple counties a week and sometimes in a single day to take care of her client's real estate needs and desires. There isn't a day that goes by that Chelsea isn't trying to level up to be a better person and agent than she was the day before.

Darren moved to Orange County in 1997 where he resided until moving to Martin County in 2007. He and his family have recently purchased a 100 acre farm in Greene County that Darren is renovating himself. He is a proud father of three great kids and a grandfather. Darren worked in the automotive industry and has been a farmer for the past 12 years. He has also worked with different ministries for over 25 years. Darren was an amazing landlord to his multiple houses for 14 years. Learning the construction trade from his father has helped him with his rental properties, farming, and with renovating his own homes. Darren and his family chose to move from Indianapolis to Southern Indiana for peace and quiet and a slower and friendly atmosphere. He loves people and he loves to help people achieve their dreams.

Our Story
Chelsea started real estate in 2016 as an assistant and moved to get her license in 2017. She learned and observed while working with other companies but ultimately decided to open up her own brokerage to reflect her values, grit, and passion for helping people. CK Realty's first year in 2024 exploded with over 23 million in sales with just three agents to include Chelsea helping 51 clients of her own achieve their real estate goals. She takes care of the day to day when running a real estate brokerage. She takes the time to make sure her agents are trained adequately, she does social media and marketing, website updates, accounting, drone footage, and more. She remains available to include evenings and weekends to ensure her agents and clients always has access to her. Nothing is more important than communication and knowledge, a trait Chelsea exceeds in.
